Daily Fantasy Super Super Sunday Picks for Gameweek 15

Not so much a ‘Super Sunday’ this week, but what we do have on offer is Man City taking on a woeful West Ham side
How many goals will Manchester City score? That’s the thought on most of out minds as we head in to Sunday’s Premier League action.
The Hammers are the first team this season to hit 30 in the goals conceded column and despite making the managerial switch from Bilic to Moyes, they have to be amongst the favourites for relegation in my opinion.
So, whilst this sounds too simple and straight forward, but today’s the day fill your teams with Manchester City players for Gameweek 15 on Starting 11.
The beauty of playing Starting 11 daily fantasy football is that you can make changes to your team right up until the game kicks off – so, if you’ve picked Jesus but Pep starts him on the bench, you can swap him out for a player confirmed in City’s starting 11.
With players from Bournemouth, Southampton and West Ham unlikely to be popular picks on Starting 11 today (Sunday), here are my Man City Core 4 picks for Gameweek 15, with some rational behind their selection.
Pep Guardiola has already told us that with Sane down the left in Mendy’s absence, he has to choose between Jesus or Aguero as his lone striker each week – however, in Gameweek 14, with Sane out through illness, both strikers played together.
I personally don’t expect Sane to play on Sunday against The Hammers and even if he has recovered in time, he is one yellow card away from a ban which would see him miss the Manchester Derby in Gameweek 16 – it’s surely not worth the risk verus West Ham?
With no Sane, we would see Jesus out wide again and Aguero through the middle, but if Sane does infact play, I still expect Aguero to start.
Aguero seems to be the favoured option of late for Pep and with nothing to play for in the UCL, I think Jesus will start vs Shakhtar instead.
This one should be a little more straight forward – having started every Premier League game this season until being rested in Gameweek 14, Silva looks set to start against West Ham on Sunday.
David Silva has been quietly racking up those point returns this season across all fantasy formats, – bagging 1 goal and 8 assists so far this season; a record which could have been even better had he capitalised on the 4 big chances he has missed this season – but lets not be greedy.
Silva will be roaming around the edge of the penalty area pnce again on Sunday – opening up that Newcastle defence and creating opportunities for Kun to find the back of the net, in what I feel is going to be a messy affair, with City putting 4 or 5 past Hart.
Is the former Liverpool winger as crucial down the right of that Manchester City attack as Sane is down the left?
The only rotation risk for Sterling is Bernardo Silva – however, with the Champions League tie vs Shakhtar now a nothing game with City having already won their group, I expect Bernardo to be saved for that fixture and for Sterling to start vs West Ham due to his recent form.
With 9 league goals and 4 assists in the Premier League this season, Sterling is the club’s leading goal scorer in the league – equal with Sergio Aguero and looks set to add to his impressive tally at the Ethiad on Sunday.
Having only missed 1 game this season due to suspension after picking up 5 yellow cards, Otamendi is another City player you can rely on for regular fantasy points on FPL and Starting 11.
With injuries to both Chicharito and Andy Carroll, West Ham’s goal threat has been diminished and I expect Otamendi owners to be rewarded with a clean sheet on Sunday.
2 goals to his name this season, plus another vs Southampton which was chalked off by the dubious goals panel, the attacking threat is there from the Argentinian from set-pieces and is therefore a must-start in Gameweek 15.
Pick your BEST 11-man team from Bournemouth, Southampton, Manchester City and West Ham without any player values or team budgets to contend with – pick your ultimate team for Sunday’s fixtures only.
