After his rest during the 1-0 win over Swansea midweek, the in-form Belgian midfielder is expected to go straight back into the starting lineup at the weekend.

Hazard has been directly involved in 6 Premier League goals this season, with each of his contributions coming during the last 6 Gameweeks.

During that period, Hazard’s tally of 9 shots on target is in the top 3 for midfielders; with only Alexis Sanchez (10) and Mohamed Salah (15) having managed more.

Similarly, the 16 attempted assists managed by Hazard over the same period ranks him 5th in the Premier League; behind only De Bruyne (17), Sanchez (17), Fabregas (20) and Özil (22).

In terms of fixtures and form, Chelsea are certainly the team to be looking to invest in right now.

Antonio Conte’s side face just one team from last season’s top 6 over their next 13 league matches, with home fixtures against Southampton, Brighton and Stoke to come in December.

In Gameweek 15, they’ll host Newcastle on the back of their 5-game win-less streak.

Rafa Benitez’s Magpies have lost 4 of the last 5 Premier League matches, earning a draw against West Brom in their most recent fixture – they’ve shipped 11 goals over that period; only West Ham (13) and Huddersfield (14) have conceded more.

Tammy Abraham vs. Stoke City (A)

The on-loan Swansea forward looks set for a return to the starting lineup, after missing the best part of the last two Premier League matches.

A minor back injury saw him play just a 6-minute cameo against Bournemouth, while the terms of Swansea’s loan agreement with Chelsea meant Abraham was unable to play midweek.

The 20-year-old has been directly involved in 5 of Swansea’s 7 Premier League goals this season and the Welsh side have failed to find the back of the net during the last 2 Gameweeks, in Abraham’s absence.

The current template has moved to a setup with 2 strong forwards, paired with 1 budget option upfront.

With Callum Wilson’s good run of fixtures coming to an end and uncertainty surrounding Oumar Niasse, due to Everton’s appointment of a new manager, it could be time to reconsider Tammy Abraham.

Swansea’s Gameweek 15 opponents are Stoke; a side that have conceded 29 goals this season; only West Ham (30) have conceded more.

That trend has continued during the last 4 Gameweeks, with only Newcastle, Huddersfield and West Ham having shipped more than Stoke’s 9 goals conceded, over that period.

Raheem Sterling vs. West Ham (H)

The Man City midfielder has provided match-winning goals in each of his last two Premier League outings, against Huddersfield and Southampton, to keep up his team’s winning streak.

Sterling is Man City’s joint-top goal scorer in the Premier League, tied with Sergio Aguero on 9 goals scored.

His tally of 4 assists means he’s been directly involved in 13 Premier League goals in total; more than any other Man City player.

A look at Sterling’s underlying numbers suggest that the England international has been incredibly clinical this season and this could be due to the fact that many of his goals have been scored by well-timed runs into the box.

His tally of 12 shots on target is 6th best amongst midfielders but only 3 of those have failed to result in a goal.

Pep Guardiola’s side have ground out wins in their recent games but their tally of 9 goals scored during the last 4 Gameweeks can only be beaten by Everton (10) and Liverpool (11).

In Gameweek 15, they face a West Ham side that have conceded 11 times over the last 4 Gameweeks; no Premier League team have shipped more goals during that period.

Andreas Christensen vs. Newcastle (H)

The 21-year-old centre-back has started each of the last 4 Premier League games and only the in-form Mohamed Salah has breached the Chelsea defence during that period.

Antonio Conte appears to favour Christensen ahead of David Luiz to play in the middle of the three centre-backs and in addition, the Brazilian defender was ruled out of the midweek fixture with a knee injury.

Chelsea have kept a tally of 7 clean sheets this season; on par with Manchester City and only Manchester United (9) have kept more. Similarly, only the two Manchester clubs have conceded fewer goals than Chelsea (11) this season.

Chelsea’s kind run of fixture will see them host Southampton, Brighton and Stoke in December and they’ll face West Ham, Huddersfield and Everton on their travels.

In Gameweek 15, Antonio Conte’s men host a Newcastle side that have scored just 3 times during the last 4 Gameweeks; only Huddersfield (2), West Ham (2) and Swansea (0) have scored fewer goals over that period.
